Chapter Six: DespairHer parents taught her that running is never the way. It just leaves matters to fester and get worse and she would just wallow in her thoughts. Nothing gets solved by running away, but she doesn't know how this can be fixed. Her lips feel swollen from the kiss, from the way he had nipped at her bottom lip between his teeth before licking into her mouth, sending electricity through her veins. She hides in the kitchen because she suspects that will be last place Alpha Castle will look for her. Wilma and Ted are both Werewolves and probably picked up their Alpha's scent on her skin.
