Jason and I were in the gardens going through another load of paper work. Jason was sulking and groaning every once in a while making me giggle.
“I hate paper work!”
I did not. I was okay with paper work, people made me queasy. I had no idea how to read someone’s mind like Jason could. I always ended up in uncomfortable situations when other humans were involved.
“I hate paper work!”
Twenty sixth time in an hour.
“Am I interrupting?”
I watched Jason opening and closing his mouth but he put on his confident mask so fast.
“No, Mr. Brantley. It is a pleasure.”
Robbie nodded and sat opposite to me. “Ace says you are a big fan. That true?”
Jason would kill me!
“Ha...ha, yes. Kind of.”
“Kind of a big fan?”
“Well, I do not know you well enough. But from the business point of view,
