With eyes as deep as the abyss, Kaiser watched as the scene infront of him unfolded. "AGHK!" "Aahhrg!" Even with the loud grunting sounds around him, he didn't removed his gaze from his sole objective. He continue to watched from the shadows even as the furnitures around him were destroyed, the walls cracked, the floor turned. The only time he moved was when the sleeping figure in the room with platinum-blue hair was endangered. But, even with that only his hand and fingers moved, blocking and parrying the depris that fly to the sleeping princess. Although he was able, he didn't move to help the maid that was being one-sidedly beaten up. Calculating that it was inefficient to do so. The maid, Dawn, was threading a thin line as she was continuously kicked, slashed, stabbed, and punched. And after a few minutes, the target of the youngman lost all interest at the maid, he raised his dagger high and stabbed horizontally aiming for her crown. Kaiser calculting that time was still needed for the princess to awoke. Used the magic thread to drag the maid slightly farther away from the madman. And the madman angered by such actions, relentlessly kicked the maids abdomen. And when the princess woke up. The madman's tounge that was about to lick the princess's face was cut. A battle then commenced between the two, but the latter who lacked the experience in fighting, lost. She then kidn*pped and was dragged into he shadows as well, disappearing from the room. Kaiser watched all this happened and immediately follow behind the madman, he didn't even took a glance at the maid who was at death's doo. He warp from shadows to shadows, until he arrived at a mansion in the noble district. He was familiar with the engraving on the front of the house. Kaiser, dived in the shadow once again, but finding it difficult to do, he went out and walked through the front door. He was confident that there was no one aside the person that took the princess, the princess and him. Brazenly walking through the frondoor, he opened it, reveaing empty rooms. There were no furnitures around. Clomp- Clomp- He walked down the long hall, not minding the unnaturalness of the place. - - - - - Eleonora standing in a dark plain, looked around her surrounding. She didn't know what had happened. But understood that she lost against the madman. 'Where am I?" Although she could feel that she was standing on something, the darkness that seemed to eat away at your very soul made her nervous. Slowly, her surrounding changed. The darkness fades and a very familiar place replaced it. "This is as far as I can go. Little El. You should return to your family on your own" A voice of a man was heard. Eleonora immediately looked on where the voice came from and saw a little girl with platinum-blue hair and wore a blue dress, sitting atom the bed, she was quite messy. And there was a man with black hair and eyes, covered by a black cloak, crouching infront of her. "Mister..." The little girl muttered, her eyes looked at the man's, her eyes filled with yearning. "Come on, don't look at me like that" "Mister, why don't you just stay here with me?" "As much as I want to. I'm afraid I can't" "Please... Mister..." "Little El..." "I'm scared... I don't know when someone around me would disappear like mama... Please... Stay" Eleonora watched their interaction, she was familiar on the scene that was unfolding infront of her. It was one of her memories... a memory that she couldn't remember until now. 'Mister...' Eleonora muttered, as she clutched her chest tightly, she felt a stinging pain in her chest, like her heart was being pricked by needles. Seeing the black-haired man, caused her so much pain that she could easily understood why. She had forgotten about him. "Little El" the man called "Do you remember the day that we've met?" Little El, Eleonora's younger-self seemed confused, but still nodded her small head. "Um. Mister said that I've chased you confusing you from someone and causing you trouble by fainting... I truly apologized. If you stay for a bit longer, then I could prefer a suitable payment for you Mister" "Little El..." The mad smiled bitterly. Eleonora hearing her younger-self's words praised her younger-self's quick-wittedness. But already knew the answer the man, her saviour has. "I do wish to stay by your side, truly. But, I can't" "Why? You have stayed with me for the past few days!" "..." "Why can't mister stay with me? I don't understand... I don't know what to do... I'm afraid, Mister. I don't want anyone dear to me disappearing like mama... if mister is not there, who could I talk to about this?" "You got your family, little El" the man answered, his voice gentler than before. "...I don't want them to disappear. If I'm with them, they would be in danger!" "So does that mean you don't mind if I were to disappear? Or fall into danger?" "Wha-? N-no! I don't want that! Mister is someone that would stay beside me! You've said it before! You are someone that would never leave me!" Eleonora turned her gaze away from the scene. No matter what her younger-self say, her saviour would leave... Never to return. She remembered the promise that he made to her while they were travelling back towards the Memphis Palace. "Little El. Do you trust mister?" He asked her, while they were eating. Her younger-self nodded in return. Although they were together for just a few days. Eleonora was at ease when she was with him, as if she was longing for someone she had once lost. "Then can you promise something to me? "Um! As long as I can do it." "...Please, promise to never forget that I'll always be with you. No matter where and when. I'll always be there" "I Eleonora Shuvan Ascorte Memphi, 2nd daugther of His Majesty King Albert, swear to never forget the promise. I say this with the Gods as the witness" She remembered the gentle eyes of her saviour, the warm smile on his face as he looked at her. '...I forgot such promise for these past years...' She muttered. Anger towards herself surged up, but was immediately pacified as she heard the man's words. "You'll forget about me when I leave this room" He said. "N-no! I would not!" He smiled warmly. Then put his hand atop the younger Eleonora's head. "Little El. Please remember, your are strong. Until the day that we meet again, I'm sure that you'll do just fine" Her younger-self, was flustered as she patted on the head. But her older-self, listened to everywords he said. "By the time you remember this, we have already met. I don't know when or where, but if you are seeing this memories. Please rest assure, that harm would not befall you..." Trailing of his words, he looked straight where she was, where her current-self is. Eleonora was stunned, they locked gazed and the man opened his mouth. "See you soon, My Lady..." With those words, the place they were in collapsed. It cracked and shattered. Eleonora could only look at the remains of the scenery. She didn't hear what the man said at the end, but she read his lips. "...I'll be there soon"
