Chapter 42 - Registration

William saw that only a few Spirit Warriors were registering, and there were still a few empty counters beside him.

“Is this the registration desk?” William muttered as he walked over to the empty table.

Prince Alfred and the little girl in the back could only follow William to the same registration desk.

William saw that a young girl was sitting at the front counter, she was emitting waves of spiritual energy from a mid-level 9th Spirit Warrior

"Hello!" After seeing that three black-robed people were approaching her, the young girl greeted William and the others with a bright smile plastered on her face. The young girl's cheerful face was as bright and warm as the morning sun.

"The three of us want to join the Secret Service Organization, can you help the three of us with the registration?" William immediately told him where he was coming from while pointing his index finger at himself and the two people behind him.

“Of course, our Secret Service Organization welcomes all qualified Spirit Warriors as our newest members!” After listening to William's request, the young girl's smiling expression became much friendlier, "Please show me 10 Soul Stones for each one who wishes to register!"

When William heard that, he subconsciously muttered to himself, “You profiteer, just registering one requires 10 Soul Stones. If you count the number of Spirit Warriors that have registered around here, perhaps the Secret Service organization has benefited greatly from recruiting recruits.”

Then William took out a pouch made of beast skin and handed 30 Soul Stones to the box in the young girl's hand.

The young girl counted the numbers carefully, then after making sure they contained 30 Soul Stones she walked to the back area to place them in the storage area.

Then the young girl returned to the counter where William was with three scrolls of leather parchment in her arms.

“Gentlemen, this is the registration form. As soon as the three of you finish filling out all the forms, I'll give the three of you a participant token!” Next, the young girl handed the beast's skin parchment form that was in her hands to William, Prince Alfreed, and Chiaki.

The three glanced at the form in their hands with great curiosity.

The three of them saw that the questions on the form were very simple. The Secret Service Organization only asks for Code Name, Battle Soul Ability, Age, Gender, and so on. Then not only that, the three of them saw something while turning the form backward. On the back of the form was a blank note, the blank note allowed Spirit Warriors to fill in any other information they deem important.

“It seems the Secret Service Organization puts the privacy of its members first! I don't know why the Feysac Kingdom would do such a dangerous act that could easily leak information to other major powers!”

William was involuntarily horrified at the thought of the one who had created the Secret Service Organization, namely King Feysac.

“When one has doubts about the information one has obtained, it means that the Feysac King has managed to control his opponent's psychology without dealing directly with him! William could only helplessly sigh, he never expected the Feysac King to be such a wise person.

Then William and the others began to fill in all the data on the form.

Then the girl handed over her third identity token in participating in the recruitment of new members.

William smiled while nodding his head, he finally found out what all the Spirit Warriors around him were waiting for.

Then William and the other two walked over to find an empty spot.

After looking for an empty seat for a while, the three of them were finally able to sit down and rest.

“William, I accidentally saw the contents of your registration form. I never thought that you also have two different Battle Souls! Did you get it from a high-level Spirit Warrior ruin?”

At that moment, William heard a curious voice coming from Prince Alfred.

When William heard that, he couldn't help but smile and reply, “Yes, you could say that! I got an inheritance from a high-ranking Spirit Warrior called the Lord of the Hundred Bones!”

William said the lie was as easy as breathing, he thought that it was better to keep a secret if he could have more than one Battle Soul.

At this time, William and the other two saw a woman dressed as a maid heading here pushing a white cart filled with lots of food.

“What kind of food is there? Do they need any more Soul Stones for the payment?” William asked curiously.

The maidservant answered him very smoothly as if she was used to the job.

When William ordered food for the female servant, the two people beside him followed suit.

Then the maid returned to William and the others with her hands full of plates of food.

“This is your order young master! This is for you, little girl! And here is your bottle of wine, sir." The female waitress one by one-handed over the orders ordered by the three.

"Thank you!"

William smiled as accepted the plate of food.

Then William subconsciously looked towards a place located in the corner of the town square.

William had just personally witnessed a Spirit Warrior pulling a food delivery maid into one of the rooms. Then after a while, a muffled groan could be heard from within the room.

“A special service?” William stared with a stunning look, he never expected there would be such a ministry before his testing started.

The servant in front of William subconsciously followed his gaze, then she saw what William was looking at. Then with a reddened expression on her face, the maidservant said in a coy tone, "Yo... Young Master! If you wish...."

The maidservant in front of William was actually quite beautiful, at least combined with her shy demeanor, it could cause one to feel lustful and give rise to one's desire to dominate the woman.

But unfortunately, William is not a short-minded man, at least before he managed to escape from the control of the Truth, William did not want to leave his descendants to have the same fate as himself.
