Chapter 20
A smirk painted Andrew's lips after his sarcasm which left her with nothing but surprise of his abrupt presence. In her spot, Jane eyed him with no word in a reply to him who did not step forward. Despite his desire to get close to her, Andrew restrained it for his disappointment with the bitter fact of her as his enemy.
None of them began the talk as if being trapped by their doubt about what to do. Jane shot him with a sharp gaze yet with a plan of escape in her mind; meanwhile, how to conquer Jane'a heart filled Andrew's head.
As soon as Jane got a chance to run, she did not waste the time to get out of his sight; his feet soon flew with time pushing her away from his face. Andrew, however, jumped in his pursuit of chasing her not to harm that girl who had deceived him.
