Eva's POV
I have been staring at the lavender bouquet and a dark chocolate container since they arrived.
My mobile that was around my bed emitted the light. I bit the corner of my lips and took my mobile. I picked the call and kept the bouquet and chocolate aside but couldn't avert my gaze from them.
There are lots of times when I received bouquets along with chocolate. However, none were my favorites, unlike this time. So, I wonder who the sender is though there is a blank greeting card attached to it.
"Hello, who is this?" I asked.
"You still didn't feed my number," I heard Adam's voice from the next side.
I immediately checked the number and mentally hit my forehead. "I saved but I didn't see the name before taking the call. Umm, I was busy getting ready for the office.”
