"What you looking at?"
"Birds," I replied to Will who stood beside me with his mocktail.
"So, I heard that you and Micah developed a new bond?" he stated with curiosity. I rolled my eyes before taking a sip of my own fruit punch.
"Don't roll your eyes lady, why didn't you tell me about this?"
"Will, he and I are partners which means we both stay together. And the bond you are asking about didn't fully develop. We just started being together. You were busy with your college stuff and I waited for this day." I said looking into his eyes. He nodded his head.
"Alaina, Micah is a very good person. Just don't give up on him so soon. He really needs someone in his life who would actually stay with him."
My brows frowned "Give up? What happened to him?" I asked with curiosity.
