Stirring from sleep my face feels fuzzy, my skin is sticky, and i feel heavy. No wait ... something heavy is on me ... and warm. My eyes whip open as i remember my escapades from last night ... my wedding and the after party with my new husband. My body must have tensed because he started to stir as well. "Good morning princess." he mumbled and squeezed me before he rolled out of bed and went straight to the attached bathroom. I on the other hand sat up and wrapped myself in a sheet taking a run for my room... which will soon be cleared to go into the big room but for now ill shower and get dressed and take a few of my things up to the joint room. this room was small and simple, one dresser, small closet, stand up shower with a small tub and a single sink ... much like a hotel room. I looked around and sighed grabbing my favorite knee length yellow dress , a bra, and orange bikini style panties and wentto the shower. The water pressure however was heaven sent hitting my body and soothing all of my sore muscles and soothing all the pains from our naughty romping lastnight. i didn't even know i could bend that way. I layed my head on the wall and just breathed inthe steam while the hot water battered my body. There was a tap at the door that startled me and I squeeked and jumped.

I heard alex's husky laugh outside the door. "did I scare you this morning? i went to pee and you were gone."

I let out a sigh of relief and chuckled. "No .. I just needed a shower so i figured i would come down here ... because i also have to move my things from here to there." i shut the water off and scrubbed my hair with the towel to dry it and wrapped the now wet towel around me, my hair poofed and sticking in unattractive angles and stepped out of the bathroom to cool down before i got dressed.

I locked eyes with my partner and walked past him to my clothes on the bed. "you better watch it or you will need another shower." he chuckled at me.

"No time ... we have to go meet with my mother .. we have many things to discuss." I dropped my towel to my waist and put my bra on upside down and backwards then spun it and put my arms in the straps and adjusted it. then i flared my dress out and flung it up and over my head and dropped the towel and i smoothed my dress. He stifled a chuckle and i eyed him. I jumped to sit on the bed to slide my panties on and he busted out laughing. I gave him an evil eye and slid off the bed to go to the closet and slid on my white sandals. He was still smiling at me. "WHAT?!?!" I finally said loudly and exasperated.

He laughed again and waved his hand. "Nothing my Princess ... I have just never seen a woman get dressed and it is so ... different ... "

I blushed and smacked his arm before grabbing the clothes from my closet "grab my shoes please." He did as i asked. "I have always parachuted my dressed ... it makes sure to open the folds all the way ... and its fun ... if growing up means i have to become boring then i refuse to grow up."

As I hung my things he arranged my shows on the shoe rack in the closet "fair enough I guess." and he surprised me by kissing my head when i stepped back to admire my hanging clothes.

The room we were moving into was huge ... it was the entire 3rd floor of this place. Everything was his and hers. double sided closet, double sink, two shower heads with individual controls, two faucets in the tub and a king size bed. The other three rooms in the house automatically became guest rooms at this point ... or future rooms for our children if we were to have any. Now i blushed thinking about kids.

I took a glance at my watch and stiffened. "shoot... were almost late." i grabbed his hand and pulled him down the stairs and out of the house. We traveled down the quaint roads headed toward the town hall building, it took up the most square footage but was only 3 stories tall you could see the massive flagpole that flew only two flags, the american flag, and the circle flag which was a flame in a circle with the moon rising over a horizon in the center. " I was thinking i could just hyphenate my last name ... like Fyre-Frost .. or Frost-Fyre ... and we will have to combine our circles names ... how about circle Dusk Treader. and we will have to alter the flag as well ... i was thinking about adding a sun on the other half of the moon and making half of the circle ice instead of fire .... but i also have never seen your flag... do you have one with you?" I finally took a breath and looked at him.

Alex was following dutifully and shaking his head with a huge smile. "Princess ... all of that sounds perfect ... i think Frost-Fyre flows best ... Everly Frost-Fyre... i think if you do not mind i will also hyphenate my name." He looked as if he was in a deep thought. "Everly you are a very strong leader and i am the luckiest man alive to have been placed with you ... even if it is to benefit both of our people ... i believe i would have chosen you either way had we met another way and had more time." My eyes went wide ... could he actually have fallen for me ... like actually me in this short time?

I smiled and opened the large glass front door. "Lou can you please let my mother know we are hear for the legal changes?" the lady behind the desk nodded smiled and made a phone call. "yes ... yes ma'am... mhmm .... yes ma'am both are here... yes ma'am ill call for lunch ... you want the barbecue place we saw last week ... yes ma'am... ill make sure to have salad sent as well... mhmm ill send them back have a nice day." she smiled and nodded " she said just to come on back Alex's mother is already here." I smiled back and pulled alex through to mom's office "Thank you Lou ... oh can you make sure there is plenty of ranch and sweet barbecue sauce?" before we fully left the room i saw Lou nod her head and start to dial a number. we went down two corridors and finally fell on the wooden door to the office of the high priestess, i knocked once and opened the door. There sat our mothers talking excitedly. "Hi mom." i wave my free hand. Her eyes traveled to our joined hands and her face brightened.

"Come come sit sit we have much to discuss ... names ... aesthetics ... guards." she piped about.

"Wait ... guards?" Alexander looked confused.

His mom cleared her throat "yes .. guards ... overnight this has become the single largest coven in the continental united states and that puts us on the high council's radar. In human terms we are royals. ... that makes our heads worth more... to my frustration none of us had the time to have either of you trained in combat ... only in spell books ... while you can run a ritual without a book... neither of you know how to throw a punch ... and while Everly has had Storm to protect her her entire life you have been left open .... we previously did not need to protect you like that bit the truth is now we do." she pursed her lips as he nodded.

"uh huh ... so ... who do we have in mind for me?" Alex looked like he had just made a decision as we sat down.

I informed our mothers of the decided circle name and flag changes then i smiled. "And we both will be changing our last name to Frost-Fyre."

The moms blinked a few times and my mom spoke up. " both ... as in not only will you be taking your husbands name but he will be taking yours?"

I nodded my head as the door opened and Storm walked in with their head trainer. " I will be more than happy to work with such a skilled warrior..." she looked at me then to my mom and bowed " Ma'am we have determined after several sparring matches that we are equals in the ring and with strategy." she was covered in sweat and looked as if a few bruises were forming on her arms and mid section... the man didn't look like he came out unscathed either, he had a bandage on his forehead.

"ah perfect ... Alexander ... you know Edmund correct?" alex nodded "Good ... he will be your body guard ... they will both move into your house temporarily."

Storm's face dropped. "Ma'am with all due respect ... i have a daughter that i can't leave behind."

My mother cut her off and smiled "yes we know dear which is why they were moved into the house they were ... the first floor has a single bedroom in which Edmund will take and the second has two rooms one of which has an attached office and that one will be yours ... it is being cleaned and the rest of Alexander's things are being moved to the room on the third floor as we speak" Storm shut her mouth and nodded bowing slightly again. "Tonight will be the passing of knowledge and the two of you" my mother gestured toward Alex and myself " will assume leadership over the circle .... you Alex are the sun and Everly is the moon ... a circle is only as strong as its cycle. you must stay strong " we sat and finished paperwork. probably my least favorite part of this job but now we have to ready ourselves for the upcoming ritual ... should be fun.... or not ... we will see.
