I returned early that evening since I promised Del that I was going to go with her to choose an outfit for Juliana's birthday party but what I didn't expect was to see Ken and Del watching a movie in the living room with a bowl of popcorn in between them.
"What is going on here?" I asked. I dropped my suitcase on the dining table before joining them in the living room. "This days, I'm kind of confused. Are you my friend or Del's? Because anytime you come around either at him or at the office, you definitely do not come looking for me"
"Ken had a long day at the hospital, so we decided to watch a movie to relieve stress and pain" Del answered in his stead before returning her attention to the television.
