They had checked in with the resort and had the rest of the day to settle in before the meeting tomorrow with the manager about shooting. It gave them time for the crew and everyone to show up and rest. Sirahi had her own room to herself and Jamis had made himself comfortable in her room. "You can't stay here." She said to him and he sat on the couch, putting his booted feet on the coffee table. "According to your manager, I'm free to be out and about." He said as he threw an arm over the other.
She rolled her eyes as she sat on the bed and glared at him. "Well I can't have you following me around in close proximity. You're not even supposed to be here." She muttered and stood up quickly when there was a knock on the door. Opening it, she found Sandra on the other side with a small little envelope and she wondered briefly if it was another gift from her stalker.
It was an invitation to dinner with the manager and team that'll be shooting the video and she gladly took it as she was ready to be as far away as she could from Jamis.

Jamis wasn't fond of the warm air as he was used to cool and freezing. He wanted to shift to his wolf but he wasn't dumb. The island wasn't big enough to hide him and he highly doubted that wolves were native to the land. Seeing him would cause quite the stir and that wasn't what he needed.
So when Sirahi went out for the night he tried to figure out why there was a sudden chill he felt from her and it had nothing to do with how she felt about him. He saw the brief look on her face when she saw the invitation and though she masked it very quickly, he saw something underneath. He also felt it in his core the panic before it disappeared and he was about ready to interrogate her.
He also noticed in her home a smell that was different from her, an underlying stench that wouldn't go away and he didn't expect her to be faithful to finding a mate and staying with one, though the thought angered him, she may have regular partners she might have met up with. But the times that he had done reconnaissance on her home, he didn't see any men come through her home so why was it that there was the stench of one? He had to ask her about that when he had the chance.
It was unfamiliar to him to be this close working with humans and though he had done work with the Enforcers, he limited his time with anyone that wasn't Source. He just didn't trust humans.

Sirahi woke up the next morning, slightly jet lagged and stretched in her bed as she yawned. The room darkening blinds hid the light but it still crept out from underneath the curtains and she didn't mind that. Getting up to leave, she rubbed her neck as she walked into the other room and scared herself shitless when she saw Jamis with his legs up on the coffee table, a mug of coffee to the side of him, and his eyes glued to the tv with the volume on low.
She recalled the night before where she came back after dinner and saw that he ordered room service courtesy of Sandra. He wanted to sleep with her but she was adamant on her space and how he was not invited to come hang out with her while she was on this business trip. They had gone their separate ways until this morning she remembered kicking him out of her bed space. It seems that he took up camp on the lavish couch.
His blue eyes flickered over to her and she muttered a half assed, "Morning." To him as she went to the single coffee maker to make herself a drink and turned to stare at the screen to see what it was that he was watching. He gave her a small grunt in reply and she wondered if for all intent and purposes whether or not he was a morning person. There wasn't anything on the television that she cared for so she went to look at her phone to see if she had any messages from Sandra and saw a few.
After about an hour and half after her coffee, shower, and deliberately avoiding Jamis, she was getting ready to leave when he followed after her and she made a face as she said, "Where are you going?" They had both gotten taken a step to the elevator when it opened and Sandra was already in. "Oh good, you're both here. Thought I would have to wrestle you away from each other or something." She said laughing and Sirahi blew out a breath.
"I don't understand why he's tagging along. It's enough he randomly shows up, now he's just there." She said glaring at him again and he did a half smile, half smirk at her back.
"I think it's best if you don't make a scene if you really don't want any attention. Jamis, I think in the meantime it's best for you to pretend to be her bodyguard, no one would question that. Especially after you know-what." She said and Jamis raised a brow but Sirahi changed the subject quickly.
"Yeah good idea!" She agreed all too quickly and Jamis wondered what it was that Sandra was talking about.
At the shoot, near the empty part of the beach were tents and canopies for shooting the music video. The director spoke a bit to the crew before she went in for her hair and makeup. Another hour later, Sirahi was fitted into a bathing suit with a Sarong around her waist. Her brown hair had beach waves while her makeup was very subtle yet accentuated her sweet pixie features. If Jamis was alone with her he would have swept her up and taken her to a place away from others and had his way.
Her triangle bikini top was teal in color and though she had decent sized breasts and a toned waist with narrow hips, she really looked like a Siren that would have swept you away. There was a jewel above her navel that shined when the light hit it and he wondered if he ever recalled her having it.
Jamis wasn't happy with how there was half naked men waltzing about in the video as they had their eyes and hands on her and though he knew the context of the song, that didn't mean he appreciated all the human men surrounding his mate.
When they were on break for lunch, he took a hold of her arm and led her towards her small canopy tent and said to Sandra as he passed by, "Don't disturb us." Sirahi was trying not to make a scene so she went along with him and Sandra shook her head as she replied, "Just don't be loud."
