I was finally off the neck restraint when I was holding Victory, who was climbing around me. She was so fast and strong when she was only four months old; I still couldn't believe she could just crawl around and do things a human baby never would at her age.
Her dark eyes were beautiful…. I loved that she had Caleb's hair when I stroked it, hearing the small purr, and it made me grin. She was the only reason I wasn't just taking a step out our bedroom window and never looking back.
