Pleading
"She's adorable! Look at her, Brad! Look at that cute nose and small toes; can't you just eat them up!?" Beta Kate was gushing over the tiny baby in my arms. I still couldn't really believe it. I was a mother, a real mother, and not just to the pack; she was my flesh and blood, my legacy together with Caleb. First Beta Brad made a big smile when he looked at her. She was beautiful, the most crucial piece of my heart, being cradled in my arms. "She is, babe, she is…." Beta Brad just grinned, and I had no doubt there would be another first beta soon. "Whenever you need a babysitter, Luna, just link me, and I will be there, I swear!" Beta Kate was still squatted over and probably having pain in her back from how she had been standing for the last ten minutes, just eyeing my precious girl.
