There was still barely any hint of daylight outside when Lucas woke up, noticing that the wolves were still around him, with by his feet.
“Good morning Yu, and all of you.” He said, looking at the company around him. As he stood up, so did they awaken.
He left the room drowsily, heading into the main hall, he noticed that it was empty, just as he was about to check outside, he saw Dmitri come out from another small hallway opposite from where he came from.
“Oh, the rest of them left to prepare the ship and supplies at the docks.” Dmitri said.
“This early?” Lucas asked.
“Yes, we thought we’d best get an early start while the weather’s still fine.” Dmitri answered.
