Chapter 34 It was the ray of sunshine upon her face that woke up Sarah. Reaching for her watch, she saw that it was passed twelve (12) in the afternoon. Why didn't they wake her up? Rushing out of bed, she quickly steps out of the room and headed for the kitchen where she heard noises. Upon entering, she sees the two little children with Ruth covered with powder as they laugh with their heart contents. For a split second, when did they get here and who brought them? Meeting Ruth's eyes, she gestured toward a note on the table. She takes the note and read ' Dear Sarah, I am sorry for the way I acted out yesterday and I hope that by bringing the kids in, you would forgive me completely.
