EPISODE 3 : THE MARRIAGE CONTRACT

Edward: "What are you saying, Mr. Steve?  Are you even in your senses? What kind of joke is this?  Show me the actual will papers. I'm not gonna believe in this bullshit." 

Mr.Steve: "Language Mister! I'm doing exactly what your father told me to do and if you have any problem regarding this you can have a conversation with your lawyer and come to the court."

Edward: "So you're saying for receiving my part of the property I have to marry this greedy woman. No way I'll rather die than doing that."

Veronica: "And I will never ever marry this beasty man at any cost. Sir please are you sure this is the actual will condition?"

Mrs.Gray: "Edward and Veronica please show some manners in front of Mr.Steve."

Edward: "Hey Miss you can't tell me what to do. You were just my father's wife not my mother."

Veronica: "Mom go to your room. This illiterate man doesn't know how to talk to an elder person. Just a spoiled brat he is."

(Mrs. Gray goes to her room)

Edward: "Now will you leave too?"

Veronica: "I'm not gonna go until Mr.Steve will not leave."

Max:" Oh My God! can you guys please shut up for a minute and respect the man sitting among us and Mr.Steve please will you let me read the thing? "

Mr.Steve: "Yeah sure."

(Handing over the papers to Max)

    ( Max After reading the will papers)

Max:"Woaw I wonder what was dad even thinking when he was writing this  *Pfffftt * Well, I guess there isn't any problem why don't you guys get married then?  Like it's just saying YES I DO and that's it. If that's the problem can I marry her? After all, she's my cute sister. Okay just kidding. Mr. Steve you don't worry we're gonna think about this all and then we'll call you. Thank you for your visit. I shall leave you at the door."

Mr.Steve: "Okay then sir I must leave. Have a nice day. Goodbye."

Edward:"Max what the hell man? I'm not gonna follow any of that stupid condition of dad's. All he cared about this greedy woman and her daughter."

Max:"Relax Edward! I mean it's just a year and what will happen if you two get married? We'll get our part of the property and get rid of these two. Well, I have a better idea."

Edward:"What is it? What idea?"

Max:"Contract marriage."

Edward:"What? What rubbish Max."

Max: "Yeah, brother. contract marriages are a thing. You can get married for a limited time and then get divorced. It's just like pretending for society and no one will know and trust me people will even forget it once you get divorced. Just pretend just act in front of everyone and no one will see what's going on inside. Once one-year passes and we'll get the actual papers then simply get divorced. It's as simple as that brother. Just keep calm and think about it."

Edward: "I guess you're right Max."

Veronica:" Is anyone gonna ask me too? Cause I don't approve of this stupid idea. My life isn't a joke."

Edward:"Keep yourself out of it. It's not like we're gonna ask you. You have to do it and that's an order."

Veronica: "Who the hell are you to order me anything? I'm not your slave or anything idiot."

Max: "Hey Edward behave man and be polite. Veronica look you also need money to survive right? so just go with the flow. Okay and please two of you stay calm."

Veronica: "Since no one's listening to me I should better leave."

Edward: "Oh Yeah sure. Thank you and don't bother to come out."

Veronica: "Yeah whatever."

(Veronica goes to her room)

Max: (Laughing) "Dude this is gonna be fun like seriously. Well, dad, you did an unfair thing you could have chosen me to marry her. She's kinda fun you know. *WINK* 

Edward: "Shut up Max!! I'm going to call my lawyers to make a marriage contract."
