Ava's POV As I entered Eli's flat, which seemed to be a lonely, empty shell where memories persisted but warmth had long ago vanished. Knowing full well that anything I discovered may change everything, I came here seeking questions. Unspoken words were in the air as Eli slammed the door behind me.
