Elaris's POV Sunlight filtered through the curtains, warming my face before I even opened my eyes. For a moment, I frowned. The room looked unfamiliar. The white walls. The unopened boxes stacked against the bedroom door. The single window overlooking the street. Then I remembered. East Hollow. A small smile found its way to my lips. "We're home." I rested my hand over my stomach before climbing out of bed. After freshening up, I prepared the simplest breakfast I could manage before taking my vitamins exactly as the doctor had instructed. Once I finished eating, I tied my hair into a messy bun, rolled up the sleeves of my oversized shirt and looked around the apartment. Boxes. Everywhere. I sighed dramatically. "Looks like we've got work to do." I started with the kitchen.
