Thank God today was Friday. After this week is over, we go on winter break for the holidays. I looked at the clock and it read '6:30.' Just enough time to get ready.

I hopped in the shower and washed up and felt the hot water hit my skin. It felt good thought. But I had to get out.

Getting ready, I thought about Brandon. How sexy he was. The tattoos on his arms and his chest. The blonde curls and how big his--

"Jhene, hurry up. We gotta go." Kyle yelled through the door.

"I'm coming. Hold on." I looked in the mirror and walked out the room with my bag.

"Goodmorning, sweetie." my dad said.

"Morning." I was too distracted at the food on the table. Making me drool.

"Want some food ?" my mom asked and I nodded and dived in the waffles first.

"What about Kyle ?" I asked still munching and crunching.

"He ate his food. He is waiting for you now." I got up and grabbed a roll from the closet and stuffed my food in there.

"And that is how you make a breakfast sandwich." I grabbed a napkin so it won't fall and gave my mom and dad a kiss.

"Took you long enough." Kyle said as I got in. I ignored him and we drove to school.

Brandon

"Brandon, you seen the new girl that came here ?" Mike asked.

"Yes. What is her name?" I asked.

"Kira. She darkskin too."

"I have no problem with that at all." I shrugged it off and seen Jhene come in. She saw me and rolled her eyes and went her way.

"Time to handle buisness." I walked up to her and tried to drop her books but she kicked me and ran away.

Then that is when everybody crowded me and started laughing. Mike pulled me out the crowd and helped me up.

"Damn. You got knocked the f**k out." by now, my whole crew was laughing at me. Damn Jhene. Wait until I see her.

Jhene

"Yes girl after that, everybody started laughing at him." Raniah said. I never knew this would happen.

"Are you sure ?" she nodded and I bumped into someone making lur stuff fall all over the floor.

"Sorry." we said unision.

"It's okay. Are you new here ? You don't look familiar."

"Oh. I'm new here. My name is Kira. Your Jhene right ?" she said laughing.

"Yes. How do you know ?" I said after I grabbed my books.

"Oh. You are the girl Brandon bullies. It's a shame. But I saw what you did to him. I overheard him say he is going to get you."

"So. Let me see your schedule." I glanced at her schedule.

"We have the same classes together. Follow me."

"Ahem." Niah said.

"Oh. Sierra, this is Niah, my bestfriend."

"Nice to meet you." she held out her hand but Niah gave her a hug.

"You too." we all walked in arm in arm to class. Stares were coming from everybody but we ignored them and sat down.
