24 I let out a yawn as Mum stops the car about ten metres from the entrance of Solace Park. I should be in bed right now, but I can’t exactly let Mum do this alone. And Tony didn’t exactly jump at the chance to help out. It’s like he’s completely cut himself off from the family. Stomach full of butterflies, I nervously check up and down the street, praying that we’re alone. “This is a bad idea,” I tell Mum as I pull the torch out of the glove compartment. “Someone will see us.” She switches off the engine. “He’s been stuck in that house for almost two months.
