18 YEARS LATER PART TWO

It's been 18 years since Paty took her life and that of our pup, we still morn their death. I haven't heard from my wolf since they day they died although he does come out to help when we are under attack, my sister on the other hand still hasn't forgiven me for what I did to her best friend and our pup. I sometimes wish that I could make time go back and not do what I did so I could have my mate and our pup, I have always wondered what we would have had and sometimes I would try to imagine her holding our pup in her arms with a big smile but I know that would never happen thanx for my stupidity. I was pulled out of my thoughts when I knock came on my office door, I put Paty's foto away and said come in only to see Jeff come in while on the phone and I waited until he hung up.

"So I just got off the phone with Jack and he said the Free Woods Star Pack is almost here and your parents are with them" he said

"Why would my parents be with them" I asked

"It seems they bumped into them when they stopped to eat at a restaurant the pack owns your parents were there getting something to eat as well so they offered protection and a safe way to us" he said

"That was nice of them to do" I said

"Yeah, anyways they should be here within the next hour or so" he said

"The council will be here around the same time" I said

I gave orders to make sure that the two pack houses that were build were ready for when the Free Woods Star Pack arrived they wouldn't have to do anything but put there things away, mean while Jeff and I were doing our rounds with the fighters just like their alpha said to do and to be honest since we started doing it we haven't gotten attacked by rouges any more. I'm also arranging a welcome party for them so both packs can get to know each other, I just hope that I wont end up getting into a fight with the alpha since its never good to have two alpha's with their own pack in one property. It has almost been one hour and I got a call from mom saying they are about twenty minutes out but what really got to me is that Cesar my wolf is acting weird and won't say why, he just keeps saying just wait and see just then Allison and Jeff came out of the pack house and walked up to me.

"Is your wolf acting kinda weird too" Jeff asked

"Yeah I just hung up with mom and that's when he started to go crazy for some reason" I said

"I was talking to dad and when I hung up Lulu did the same thing" Allison said

"I was talking to Jack and when I hung up Mike started doing the same thing" Jeff said

Just then the council arrived and shortly after we few other cars arrived, mom and dad got out of their car with a big smile on their faces but I washed it off by thinking they were happy of seeing us after being gone a long time.

"Mom, dad welcome back" I said as I hugged them

"Its good to be back" mom said

"Council how are you all doing in this lovely day" dad said

"Very good how are you Steven" one of the council man asked

"Very happy and I'm sure you know why" dad said

"I'm glad that you finally got the answers to your questions" the council man said

"Jeff can I ask you a question" mom said

"Sure" Jeff said

"What was your mother's last name" mom asked

"Woods why" Jeff asked

"Well I want you all to meet the Free Woods Star Pack" mom said

When she moved aside all three of us saw the one person who we had seen fall of the cliff all those years ago, she was standing between two young man who were holding two small boys in their arms. Jack and Maggie were standing next to them while Jack was looking at us with a regretful look on his face, that's when I realized why he was regretful he knew she was alive and didn't say anything. I was so mad and charged at him only to see Paty stand in front of him in a protective stand, why would she do it I then saw Maggie grab Jack by the hand and pulled him back to stand next to the young man while Paty and I stared at each other neither one saying anything or breaking eye contact goddess she has become so much beautiful but I could sence power coming from her she was not going to stand down she was protecting someone that meant a lot to one of her pack members and to be honest I would have done the same in her place.
