Chapter 36 Sidelines
Jayce's POV My eyes seem to feel extremely heavy, my whole body feels weak.. that I can barely even hold my eyes open, let alone move my arms or hands.. It's more comfortable just to keep my eyes closed as I listen to everything going on around me.. I can't seem to get a word out at all either, no matter how hard I try.. I feel like I can't even get a growl out, so my mate doesn't know I'm awake yet even with me desperately trying to get her attention since I can tell that her mind is running wild. I can still hear my mate crying while knowing that there's nothing I can do about it at the moment which just breaks my heart..
