My little miracle

Chapter 4: a gift

A week had passed when my brothers had just came back from their live performance in Spain as well as doing a choreography there too for an advertisement making Hirato more and more selfish whenever he comes back never seeing or greeting me like the others do but that's just him being himself, a selfish show off who was just there for the money and fame nothing more. I was sat in the living room playing on my phone when they came in seeing me sat down while Jay El played in the tv but I refused to watch it.

"How's our little Dancing Queen doing?" Tao knew I don't dance anymore but he and the others still call me that nickname from our childhood whenever I danced with them I'm sync but yet they don't know the second life I was living with my new friends. Shimamoto and Hirai never really called me the Dancing Queen that much anymore and began to face reality while Tao still believed that I could become that dancer again and fight for the love and spread happy ones around like that used to before I got attacked that is.

"I'm fine but how has your trip been?" I asked back seeing Shimamoto look back at Hirato who was probably heading off to his room and sleep due to how long they had to stay up during the bumpy ride back home.

"Hirato! Are you not coming to say hi to Saeki?" He asked as I heard his footsteps head up stairs leaving his three brothers downstairs with me giving Shimamoto his answer as he clenched his fist some how pissed on how someone like him be so rude to their family.

"Don't force him Shima, it doesn't matter" I said not really wanting to see him that much either because of how much he complains about everything and my decisions sometimes. Shimamoto came over and sat on my right side while Hirai sat in my left and watched tv which I was but wasn't interested in due to some uncomfortable memories which I don't want to remember.

"Anyway someone wanted me to give you this" he got out a black box handing it to me as I opened it up see a heart shaped Swiss blue topaz pendant necklace leaving me absolutely surprised bringing it out from its cushioned inner box and into view. "I'll put it in for you" Shimamoto grabbed the necklace and put it around my neck clipping it together leaving it to dangle from my neck seeing how beautiful it was.

"It's beautiful" I said with a smile I had never show to them before surprising Shimamoto especially since it has been a while when he saw me smile it even have fun which he possibly missed.

When the afternoon grew closer to the time for when the tournament would begin I stood there at our usual meeting place waiting for the kids to come over allowing us to head to the open area last time when Anakin asked me to join his group which I kindly declined in order to follow my own dream.

"We're here!" I heard Ray yell out before lumping over with hands on his knees and exhausted from running all of this way with Briella who seemed to not be out of breath like her short friend here making me chuckle a bit seeing the friendship these two had.

"Let get going then you two, don't want to be late do we?" I said as the two followed after me while we headed to the wide area again where the competition would take place preparing everyone there before the real leagues if they win of course but it was obvious that this would be Broadcast live for everyone to watch as see further potential to any group that gets far enough to the finals and those who win get the chance to take part in the professionals where the public would be the judges if they want you to win or lose depending on your moves.

When we arrived to the main area I saw some familiar faces especially Mia, Anakin and Machi I could tell that there was some serious competition happening today but not everything would be finishing today either it would take a good few weeks at best so we'll be pushing ourselves at lot in this competition to be honest.

"Sup guys!" Mia came over from spotting us in the crowd if groups of different dancers that waited for their matches to be announced and when they would start which was either this week or next week quickly knocking out the competition for us.

"Sup! Are you here for the competition too?" I asked as she looked back at her team then to me.

"Yeah! Why else would we be here?" She said which was a rhetorical question so I stayed quiet with my little groups who seemed rather pumped to actually start dancing which was as rather sooner than I thought it would be.

"Wish you good luck then!" I spoke back with confidence hoping to go against these guys head on without a problem since most of these guys seemed to look rather easy but never judge a book by the cover they all say never know what mysteries could hold inside.

A few groups were announced up and battled to kick their opponents out from the competition allowing the strongest team win before we finally came up going against a group of two people wearing rather cool outfits but they needed to work more on their rhythm and maybe they would've won and stood a chance against us so today's battle was quite easy for us letting us just go ahead until I was notified about our next coming match which would be happening next week.

"That was sooooo awesome! Did you see the way we smashed those guys!?" Ray was rather excited about his first successful match in the competition but really it's going to get harder and hard so maybe a new dance would be in order for the up coming match and catch more attention this time.

"It's great that you're feeling confident but I don't want you to become complacent which would make everything crumble and fall apart" I said as he seemed rather surprised about my response but nodded understanding the situation since the competition would only get harder the closer we get to the end.

??? PoV:

This competition was bringing in rather interesting opponents who would actually be capable of showing this world a new hope of peace and equality but that can only work if we all get along. I know I sound like a dream but it's for the best than having war and evil spreading over the world we live in today and i would do anything to get rid of that evil and sorrow replacing it with happiness.

When a certain group came up someone in there instantly caught my attention and the way they danced brought out that kind loving aura whenever they finish leaving the crowd speechless but the two others would really need some work on their footing and I know that would be seen to due to how determined this dancer was while on stage a real show stopper they're stealing the show like that, which reminds me of someone.

"This competition is going to get rather interesting" I said to myself as I continued on to watch the live competition on my tv waiting for more of that interesting spark to come through and it did knowing that these two teams would definitely bring the whole crowd to their knees if they ever come together and danced.

When I got back home completely changed and washed up I was met by Shimamoto who seemed rather mad that I came back at a late time like this from 'going out with my friends' wanting to actually meet them if he could but I was too fast in my feet for him to catch up to me. "Your past curfew again" he said scolding me again but know that I was old enough to stay out as long as I want but he worries too much whenever I am alone outside without him or Tao by my side incase someone comes around a kidnaps me or something which I likely but never likely if I just keep myself away from obvious dangerous signs of a threat whenever I am out with Ray and Briella or sometimes with Mia and Anakin my new two friends that are actually my age or at least a year younger than me.

"You need to stop worrying Shima, I'll be fine" I said before seeing Jay El playing on the tv again knowing that Tao and Hirai was sat in there watching him but I didn't want to see his face not again so I headed upstairs into my room where I spent the rest of the dance coming up with a choreography for my little group to rehearse before our next match. Before I did that I was able to calm myself down with some music and drawing to not stress myself out.
