King Zeus’ POV

She is the most amazing creature to walk the earth, I am thankful that the Goddess deemed me sufficient for her, she is more than I ever expected from a mate.

I was a damn fool thinking that Cristal would be enough for me as a chosen mate, even thinking her name makes me want to puke.

“Are you alright, my Queen?” asked my Beta.

“Yes I am perfectly fine thank you, but my dress ripped a little from the scrimmage…”

“You call that a scrimmage? He was one of the most powerful Alphas here today!” said her Beta Thaddeus.

“That was quite interesting I must say but I feel that he could have done more than fight with anger, that is where you loose! You know that! It was one of the first lessons my father gave us when he started training us, I cant believe you don’t remember that.” My mate said looking disappointedly at her Beta.

“Who was your father? If I may ask mate.” I asked, I truly need to know her all of her. I need to know about her. I know what happened to the Sunrise Moon Pack but I didn’t know a woman had become Alpha, this is a first in a very long time that this has happened, I hope she will tell me.

“My father was Gamma Damian Altose…” gasps were heard in the vicinity of our conversation, damn bastards cant they keep their ears to themselves.

“Gamma? But….” I lifted my hand stopping my Beta, “Is there something I don’t know?” asked my mate.

“There may be a few things you don’t know, but this is not the place My Queen, would you be so kind and accompany me the duration of this event? I would be honored if you would!” I told her, she is everything for me, I cant believe that I never saw her or thought of going to her pack. I was a complete i***t.

“I would be honored you Majesty” she bowed slightly to me, I have never been prouder. “Your majesty?” she asked as I look to her, “yes?” “Don’t you think we could maybe bring in the other women that have accompanied the Alphas? I do mean, they were brught for you to see, but seeing the present situation…” she said looking at me directly with a small smile on her lips.

“As you wish my Queen, lets fin them other Alphas to go after” I laughed, understanding immediately what she meant.

“Beta Altose!” I said calling my Beta, making her eyes go wide as she turned seeing him come our direction.

“Yes, your Majesty”

“Allow the ladies that are in the other hall, My Queen has deemed it necessary for this event” I said as he smiled, bowed and turned to do ask told.

“He…” she started, “yes Alpha, he is your cousin, his father took your fathers position as Royal Beta.” Alpha Santos came close and said to her.

“Alpha Santos, it is an honor to see you here, may I know your relation to my Queen?” I asked, seeing as he was too close for my liking, but my Queen seemed comfortable with his presence.

“I am sorry your Majesty, I am her grandfather, her mother was our Daughter. We have just reencountered after many years, forgive me for not reporting this to the Crown, we had a very good reason to hide her lineage.” Said Alpha Santos, surprising me.

“I see, maybe after this event has passed you and your luna would like to stay in the palace so we can see to her proper accreditation and identity, if that would be possible.”

“If you would allow me to go to my luna to….” He was cut off midsentence as the great hall doors opened and in entered all of the Lunas’ and other companions of the Alphas came into the hall. They were looking for me I know, but what a disappointment to them when their fathers or uncles pulled all the single shewolves to the side and announced that I had found my mate, worse even that she is an Alpha in her own right.

The jealousy could be felt by everyone, but my Queen stood with her head tall above all others.

“My dear!” came a feminine voice from the entrance, my mother always knows how to make an entrance even if she does not like to be announced as Queen Mother. She came in accompanied by another woman.

“I swear this woman could befriend a wearcat…” Alpha Santos said shaking his head, “Do forgive me my King!” he said looking at me bowing with respect.

“Well she very well could be one!” I said in a low voice for only us to hear, as my mother came closer to our group.

“Grier my love, how have you been my baby?” said the woman beside my mother.

“Eleanor, forgive me my King, may I present my Luna Eleanor Santos! She is Alpha Griers’ grandmother!” said Alpha Santos.

“I am fine Luna, well I think better than fine?” my mate questioned looking at me for help.

Luna Eleanor looked between us as did my mother and as id lightening struck them both at the same time, “They are mates!!!” they said in tandem.

“And here I was thinking that I would have to present you to her granddaughter!” said my mother getting hold of Grier in a bone crushing hug.

“Hold on a minute, what do you mean? And how…. Never mind that. Ok yes we are Mates and I want her in one piece mother.” I said as I looked at the two women in front of me as tears fell down both their faces, as my mother let my mate go, but she was then engulfed by Luna Eleanor.
