Once we pulled away, both of us were breathless. He mirrored what I assumed my face looked like. Surprised. Like I said, I've been so hot and cold. This was our first kiss since before he rejected me and I gave no warning before I attacked his face.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't... -" I began to say before he pulled me in for another, cutting me off mid-sentence.
Once our blissful moment ended, clapping sounded from behind us.
"It's about damn time." A masculine voice echoed from behind.
