(Luke POV) I'm leaning against my desk, rain streaking the office windows, when my phone buzzes, Andrew is neck-deep in wedding plans with Sophie, probably drowning in brochures while I'm here dodging Xavier's latest jab, another budget redo, due tomorrow. My tie's half-off, crumpled on the chair, and the takeout bag's warm in my hand, Chinese, extra dumplings, grabbed on the way out. Julia's been off, since the coffee truck, since Andrew's dodging, and I'm not letting it sit.
