Wren's POV
“I hate you” I narrowed my eyes at him while he just rolled his eyes.
“No, you don't." He replied smugly.
“Well, I'm pretty sure I do." I narrowed my eyes even more till they were just slits. Caelum and I were playing Scrabble and he just placed the word ‘it’ on the board. He had been doing that all through the game, placing two or three letter words like 'cat’.
When it got to his turn once more, I glared at him, daring him to place his usual three letter words. He smirked at me and slowly spelt 'dog’. I wasn't proud of what I did next but I flipped the table. Caelum laughed as he watched the Scrabble tiles spill to the floor.
“I'm not playing this stupid game with you anymore." I huffed and crossed my arms.
"Well, that means I won and you get to cook breakfast for me." He
