My eyes bulged out, “What?! What do you mean I'm going through heat? “
Caelum cleared his throat awkwardly, " well, you're more at the early stage of pre heat at this point. “
I narrowed my eyes at him, "and how do you know this? “
"Your…um..scent is starting to change but it's not so easily detectable unless you're looking for it.” The pink on his cheeks had deepened and he looked longingly at the pack house.
“But a heat happens four months after you meet your mate.”I countered.
"We met May.” He said dryly, I counted the months on my fingers.
“s**t, it is four months." I said in horror. With everything that had happened recently, it's no surprise that time went by as fast as it did. I was in a medically induced coma for four days out of those four months anyways.
