“I'm sorry, what?” He asked shell-shocked, I laughed bitterly and scrubbed a hand over my face.
“You heard me, when were you going to tell me you had a son? Were you ever going to tell me? Did you think I wouldn't know? Were you planning on keeping it a secret forever?” My voice rose with every question I asked.
He sighed in defeat, “how did you know?” His voice was cool, and it irritated me.
“You know, I have been sitting here wondering what your game plan was. You kept sending me to the kindergarten even though you had a secret son there, it was like you wanted me to know without you actually telling me. And our friends followed you without a thought, the whole lot of you are all bunch of cowards!” I screamed.
