Memories

Chat Noirs Point of View - "What can you tell me about him?" Josiane asked Marinette, still gesturing to me. "He's my friend, he saves Paris, his name is Chat Noir and he dresses like a cat." Well that's totally not obvious. "Do you remember anything about him, any memories of things you did together?" Josiane pressed. Marinette nodded. "He told me I was special. I don't remember where I was or what had happened, I can just hear his voice saying, 'Your special.' and, 'You mean something to me.' He also-" she stopped talking, but I saw her hand move to her lips, tracing them. I knew what she was talking about, right after I told her that, I kissed her, and she could remember that. I had to hold back my idiotic smile. It must've meant a lot to her. "He also what?" Josiane asked, obviously not picking up on what she was saying. "It just slipped my mind, sorry." She lied, giving me a look that basically said 'I know what you did'. "Nothing else you remember about anything?" Doctor Masson said. "No, but could you give me a moment with Chat Noir?" Marinette asked. "Sure thing." Josiane said. "Come on Charlotte." She said, pulling the mean nurse that I had forgotten about out of the room. "Why did you ask her to leave?" I asked her. She gave me a glare of annoyance. "Please, no more questions, they get tiring fast." I nodded. "So.... you can say whatever you were going to say," I meant it to be like a statement, but it sounded more like a question. Marinette giggled softly. "I heard you earlier, you said that we weren't in a relationship, but you kissed me." I felt my face get a little bit warmer. "That was to help you since you were pretty frustrated and emotionally unbalanced. I didn't even know if you liked it and-" Marinette surprised me by grabbing my face and pulling it towards hers so that I was kissing her. I was too shocked to move, but Marinette was kissing me passionately. She then pulled me away. I could feel my mouth hanging open and my eyes wide, but Marinette just giggled."Yeah, I think that I liked it." Wow. This girl is amazing. I just wish that she was able to express her amazingness more often instead of hiding behind layers of self-doubt and fear. "I guess you did." I put my hand behind her head and pushed her towards me where our lips met and moved together perfectly in a way that made me feel like I was made just for her.
