Jeff's POV
"Daddy!!" It was Jess' voice that woke me up this morning. For reasons known to her, she sounded really excited as she called out loudly to me.
"Dad! Are you still sleeping? It's almost ten in the morning…" she exclaimed again and before I could even say a word, my door flung open and she hurried in. In another second, she jumped right in bed beside me.
"It's moments like this that I'm happy I don't go to bed naked," I said as a soft yawn escaped through the corner of my mouth.
"Well, well, I'm glad too." She said and then chuckled.
"Good morning to you too, I can see you slept well." I chimed in while I observed as she blushed. She couldn't control it at a point and she ended up smiling so widely with her face cupped in her hands.
