Terry Laine Pierce The faint sound of dripping water filled my almost conscious ears, sweats were forming at my forehead as they’re streaming down to my cheeks feeling the heat against my body. My slightly conscious body felt light as I calmed down hearing the soft pitter-pattering of the rain, it feels like I’m in peace. When my mind remembered what happened a while ago, my lids went wide open, my body stood up as my senses were on high alert, observing where I am right now. The room was narrowed and pitch-black, I’m currently laying on a dusty small bed, on the front, there’s a small wooden door that’s probably my only entrance and exit from this room.
