The morning after our woodland camping trip, I wake nestled in Charles' arms in the small tent we shared. Sunlight peeks through the loose stitching, warming my face. I feel utterly at peace here in nature's embrace with the man I love more than life itself. Charles stirs beside me, his eyes fluttering open. "Good morning, my eternal flame," he murmurs, planting a soft kiss on my forehead. I smile and snuggle closer, never wanting this moment of tranquility to end.
