Lucifer's Pov
I and John were going to the office for our schedules and locker keys. We met Tina in the hallway.
"Hi, how are you both??" she asked.
"We are fine" we said in unison. She chuckled.
"Why didn't you both come to the cafeteria yesterday?"
"We had some problem at the pack." I told her. She nodded.
"Come let's go to the cafeteria. Ellie, Mint and Nia must be waiting." She said. I frowned.
"Who is Nia?" John asked.
"Oh, she is the roommate of Ellie. She is a human" I nodded.
"Now if you have completed your investigation, let's go"
"You go we will directly meet you all in class. We still have to go to the office" I said. She said ok then walked away.
'Nia cute name' I thought. 'What??' why the f**k I am thinking about a human.
I quickly eliminated that thought from my mind and went to the office.
We knocked at the office. A 'come in' sounded from inside. There was sitting my father's gamma. As he saw us he stood up and bowed down to both of us.
"Hello uncle, how are you?" I asked.
"I am fine alpha. Please sit down both of you." he said in his calming fatherly tone.
Well in a way he is like my father. After the death of our parents, he took care of both of us until I was emotionally stable to lead the pack.
"Alpha this time I am shocked that you haven't topped the exam" he said and I am shocked that if it is not me then who the f**k had trespassed me? Sam growled in my head. I am an alpha who is smarter than me?
I controlled my anger and asked politely to my uncle,
"Who is he uncle?" I asked.
"Oh, it's not a he, it is a she. Her name is Nia Carlson." he said with a proud voice.
'Again that human she definitely owes me one' I said smirking in my mind.
" Oh, we will see that after meeting her" he said in a mocking tone.
" What do you mean?" I said but he had already blocked the link. Why is he acting so strange?
"Alpha and beta this is your schedule and locker keys" he said. We thanked him and went towards our class.
We sat down. I saw that many of the students are from the pack. A minute later, Ellie, Tina & Mint entered.
They came towards us. We greeted and hugged each other. They sat one seat ahead of us.
After 5 minutes, I heard the sound of the door opening and the most amazing smell I have ever smelt hit me. Sam purred in my head. I quickly looked towards the source of the smell and froze.
It was coming from the most beautiful girl I have ever laid my eyes on.
Mate!Mate sam yelled in my head. My eyes color changed. I took a sharp breath. She is a human. She was just standing at her spot staring at me.
I closed my eyes and my eyes color changed back to normal. Sam was literally yelling in my mind.
"What do you expect from me after seeing our mate?" he said mockingly.
"Ok ok just calm down we will eventually meet her" I said & he just blocked me. Ahhh, he is such a jerk.
When I glanced towards her, she is coming in my direction. Does she know we are mates?? Why is she coming here? Ahh leave it we will know once she will come.
She stopped one row ahead of me.
"Oh you are here, wow we have the same classes. Let me see your schedule to see if we have any other in common." Ellie said to her.
" Hey, we have all the same classes isn't that great?" Ellie said while jumping. She just smiled & sat down. Throughout the class, I just stared at her.
After class, we all stood up.
"Hey Nia, these are the two boys I was telling you about." She said pointing towards us.
'Oh, so she is Nia. Well, I guess now I don't have the courage to hurt her but I can definitely punish her in a different way.' I internally smirked at my thoughts.
"See that's why I was saying that. I could feel her" he said.
" Then why didn't you told me?" I asked.
" I was not 100% sure" he said. I nodded.
" This is my brother Lucifer and this is John my ma.. I mean my boyfriend" Ellie told her.
"But Ellie you and he looks really different. Are you two really siblings?" She asked shyly. Cute.
"Oh, we are. He got his features from dad while I got mine from my mum. Many people doubt it" She said laughing. Well, it's normal for us to be asked cause we don't even look a tiny bit like each other.
John extended his hand for a handshake. She smiled. Why the f**k is she smiling for a handshake?
"Nia Carlson. It's nice to meet you" What is nice in meeting that bastard?
I felt jealous. Ahh, what can I do? We are werewolves & we are possessive about our mates & me being an alpha.
A low growl escaped my mouth. John withdrew his hand.
"What's wrong?" John asked through the mind link.
"Nothing" I said and next Ellie introduced me to her. She extended her hand and as I took it, I felt the sparks. We both withdrew our hands.
I literally ran out of the class and went into the woods. I just stripped and transformed and went for a long run.
This is unbelievable It is not even one day & she has wrapped me around her little fingers. I mean I never ran away from someone and in fear of scaring her, I ran away from school.
"Because she is our mate, you dickhead" sam said mockingly.
I said nothing because this time he is right.
