Zayde's Point of View It's been four days, four days, that she has been avoiding me. School started three days ago, giving her the perfect excuse. So here I was, leaning against my truck in front of the school, waiting for her to come out. I glance at my watch, checking the time. Five more minutes. The bell rings and tension starts to coil in my stomach. It doesn't take long before I see her walking out, laughing and talking to some guy.
