Ignoring the tug at my mind, I focus on Lucien and Arkan.

I say my voice firm, as I wait for them to believe me.

A voice says from behind us and Jason, along with a few warriors, step inside.
All spin around and without another word, the room erupts into chaos.
Jason lunges at Lucien. Thorne throws himself between them and Jason slashes him across the chest. A second wolf barrels into Reina, throwing her to her feet. The chapel becomes a battlefield of snarls and crashes, relic-light glowing brighter, and I hear the fight break out outside.
