The whole Oni village was covered in blood and there were bodies everywhere you looked. Human and Oni. Suddenly Eve appeared

"You are a step closer towards ascending as a demon but let me warn you, the enemies are only going to get stronger"

Eve smirked and said

After the revolutionary watched as Eve was disappearing into the space and they stared at each other for a good 2 seconds then Eve said some last words

"Bye, Bye revolutionary see you later"

Looks like they knew each other. Seems like they weren't on good terms. The revolutionary bit his lip and he looked at me with anger

"You better complete that story or else I will kill you myself!"

I was confused by the sudden aggression. I didn't know what I did wrong

Then Gilyoung started to speak

"You are too weak right now, you need to get stronger"

"See all these monsters in this forest of Hell? Kill them all"

He wanted me to kill all of those monsters. Even if I was strong there was no way

"You're probably thinking "even if I'm strong I couldn't"

"But that is why I'm here"

"There are too many variables this regression so you must get stronger"

"But you must kill all these monsters to become the monster you will become later in the future"

"If you want to beat the end this regression listen to everything I say"

He spoke as if I was supposed to die this regression

In the first 70th regression John found out about the inheritance of techniques from the revolutionary. He learnt of swordsmanship that transcended this world and speed that moved faster than lightning

I responded the same way I always do to John

I am in a very tight situation. Monsters all around me waiting for me to come down from this podium. It was like a last stand in a zombie apocalypse. I couldn't move I could only fight

The monsters kept climbing up and swarming me. I had to constantly kill them and knock them off and I got no rest. Luckily none of the enemies were able to fly but there were still hundreds of them and one of me

There were all sorts of new species I've never seen before. Then again I've only been in this world for a few days

Wow these were amazing skills. Hell really is a different place. The podium was about to break so I needed to fight them head on now

Gravity was reversed, there was a giant web connected to all the trees and all the monsters were getting caught in it. I attacked them and I kept attacking and they were dying

It was working but only on the 4th grade species and up. .The 3rd grade species and below quickly broke out of the web and tried to make their way towards me

The monsters quickly fell to the floor and some of them looked like their limbs were gone while I grappled onto a tree to avoid damage. The stench of the dead monsters were getting stronger and stronger as more died.

I could smell the stench of the dead monsters from here. Looks like John has been having fun. He must be tired by now though since it's been 2 days since the fight started.

I still don't understand how he has that much stamina. He was closer to one of those monsters than human but I can't focus on that.

I must focus on my training

"Hold the sword with a kendo stance then close your eyes and move according to the flow of the air"

"If the air flow changes to the opposite do not challenge, go along with it"

"Now try it, I will change the air flow when I feel like it"

I closed my eyes and I listened to his instructions. My body flowed with the wind and then suddenly the air flow shifted and my body lost all its strength

"I said to follow it, not go against it"

"But I didn't go against it"

"Yes you did, you didn't let it flow"

"Now try again and don't think too much"

I didn't quite understand too well how I messed it up but once again I did the same thing and when the air flow changed I fell

We did it again and again but still I continued to fail. I didn't realise how hard it was even with my learning capability increased by 100%

Then after many tries I did it once. The air flow changed and I spun towards the direction the air was flowing too and my body was moving so freely

"Now since you've done it we should move onto practical training"

We went outside the cave and we went to the hill where there were no monsters. He said do it without closing your eyes and use your skills to go with the wind. I did as he said and I went with the wind

After the wind changed I could do it easily after the first one

I was moving with the wind and my attacks were as fluent as they could be. He attacked and I managed to dodge one but only one. He hit me in the stomach then the chest then the face then the arms then the legs

I instantly fell on my knees

Finally I did it this is what I needed for the later scenarios

We went to the Oni village only to see an absolute bloodbath and John nowhere to be found. Then we heard a sound come from somewhere deeper in the forest

We went as fast as we could and we found John fighting with the first and second grade species. He was getting beat up really badly

His body was covered in his own blood and everywhere he moved he would stumble and his body wouldn't function properly

Still he managed to avoid life threatening attacks. He looked more muscly too

That meant this training was working. Suddenly the first grade fairy species tried to attack him all at once

He got hit by one and he fell to the ground. He tried to reach for his dagger but he was too weak. His hand was trembling just from moving it. I think it was time I see the fruit of my training.

My hand was trembling as I tried to reach my dagger suddenly a bright light appeared and some of the fairy's and a horde of drakes Disappeared into that light. Once the light disappeared I saw a man moving beautifully through all the monsters and they were all dying and getting chopped up

He came close to me and it was Gilyoung

Why am I even surprised?

He's always doing these jaw dropping things but I guess he did training of his own as well

He was moving with the wind as if he was the wind. His movement was so fluent and there were no flaws. He spun through the tiny cracks in their defense and he sliced them in half

His attack power boosted within two days but he wasn't the only that got stronger
