[1 MINUTE UNTIL THE FIFTH WAVE STARTS]
We made our way back and got into position

We threw the device up in the air so the guides could watch. The wave started and mythical monsters from Earth started to pop out. There were Phoenixes, Lichs, Griffins, Basilisk and Gnomes.
I wasn't quite sure how the gnomes were suppoed to be strong

Multiple pirate ships appeared out of the water. They were see through and they took out half of the monsters in an instant

In one moment they were gone but then ghost fleet was deactivated

Now we were on our own. Or so the monsters thought

Suddenly the fallen monsters rose up. Their skin was disolving and they became bones. They rose up and they attacked in numbers

Then suddenly the ones I killed rose up but I didn't use my skill

The dead monsters were rising up but this time they kept their skin. It only became rotten. Their necromancer was stronger than mine.
An hour after the fight started something I didn't know about happened

The Phoenix's that became my soldiers started to gain skin and then they broke free from my stigma

This was hard I couldn't control them anymore. Then when they started to attack they were suddenly stronger

This instantly became harder. Will to Win was still working

The feeling of strength slowly faded away as I deactivated the skill but from the dead Griffin's and Basilisk's appeared green lights

I grappled towards the Lichts and I killed them they couldn't resist the flame and the venom
The two Lichts fell in front of my eyes but they did not die

The Lichts neutralised the poison and some of the fire but they were gradually taking damage. Their movements became dull and easy to read

My hand went straight through the chest of the first Licht and it died

From behind the Licth appeared a massive spear of ice and it flew towards me at a terrifying speed. I couldn't avoid it I could only take it

I barely survived it and my left arm was crippled. What's worse is that it was my main hand but that didn't mean I would just lose

I put my hand into the Lich's heart and pulled it out. Then I put my hand into the Lich's stomach

The insides of the Lich went all over the place as it was twisted

Then once again the green light appeared

[A giant spear made of Ice will appear and attack the target. Depending on the level and mana of user, the size and quanitity of spears will appear]

[John has plundered curse: Last Words Of The Necromancer - 50% Less damage to all undead beings]
So that was the downfall of the Plunderer skill. I was thinking it was too easy
But nevertheless my achievements would make up for it. I still had 20% more damage to undead but that meant I had to be careful. After I saw Gilyoung in the distance having a hard time against the Gnomes
I didn't think much of them but they were incredibly strong. They were coordinated and their speed was almost beyond what the eye could see but that didn't mean we couldn't stop them
I rushed there and I used Reverse Gravity

Now the Gnomes were up in the air and then Gilyoung killed them all.

I killed them all instantly and I yelled out to John
"Thanks!"
It would've been very hard without that skill but thanks to it, the fight was 100 times easier. Now all that was left was the phoenix's that resurrected. Their stigma was annoying but it wasn't unbeatable
All you have to do is dig their heart out before they die then they can't resurrect
"John dig out the phoenix's hearts before they die so they can't resurrect"
He gave me a nod and proceeded to kill many of them

Well that's how the protagonist should be. I also went to kill the remaining Phoenix's

Almost all of the 2nd grade species were gone but we were tired
This was our hardest fight yet. John had unstable breathing and he was running out of stamina
I had cuts all over my body and I was starting to collapse. We needed to finish it quickly

I flew up into the air and my leg started to catch on fire from the speed and I spun around and I kicked the last phoenix straight into the floor

I grabbed the phoenix heart and pulled it out.

These skills were amazing. I wasn't even afflicted with a curse. Then Gilyoung came to me and he told me "Grab all the Phoenix hearts and eat them, each and everyone of them"
I wasn't sure what the point of this was but I listened because I trusted him. I ate and ate
