The Outsider was despised among the masses. He constantly did things that didn't appease the Deities of the absolute good system. Then he did everything that the absolute evil system disliked. The Deities that liked him were very far and few and they were unusual. Almost each and every big and famous Deity had hated The Outsider. But although they hated him very few Deities were able to oppose him. His morals weren't there for either side. But still, there were Deities that liked him because he was different. One of those just so happened to be Panacea. But other than that there were no others that I could see that supported him.
