I felt empty. And drained. I had no desire to move or do anything. What could I possibly do? The pyramid was gone and even though my physical appearance didn’t change back, I had no powers. My weak combat skills were weak and I couldn’t take down ODE even if I was stupid enough to try. The cells were silent. The agonizing and crazed screams coming from other prisoners has ceased. I stole a glance at the woman in the cell next to me. Her features looked familiar but I couldn’t place were I had seen her. She sat stiff her eyes focused on the gates of the cell.
