I walked in the rain tonight. It’s nice to get out while the rain is still warm. A month from now the temperature will be too cold to walk in the rain. I’d get sick. I remember shortly after my nineteenth birthday Alaina came to my house in the rain. I think she was on a date that night. She brought some guy over to the apartment I lived in with my sister. I suspected that her date wasn’t going so well. I’m guessing the young man she was with that night wasn’t terrifically excited to come by my place. I’ve always wondered why she brought him that night. Sarah has never appeared at my place unexpectedly, nor would Michelle. She doesn’t know where I live, since I’ve moved.
