Chapter Thirteen Thursday, June 25, 2015 It’s been close to nineteen years since I’ve had a girlfriend. After we went for coffee and a bagel, we came back to my place, which is just around the corner, and Amy was coming out of the backyard. In that very moment, I felt bad that I could be with her, but wasn’t. It was comforting that Sam was there, and Amy didn’t see me alone with another girl.
