Later that evening. "Twirl around," Andrea Fabrizio said, gesturing with his hand. A bottle of costly champagne and two glasses beside him. Standing some steps away from him. Julie’s eyes were fixated on his, with a mischievous glint plastered on her face. She turned slowly, giving him a view of her behind, giving it a little shake. "Ouuuphh!" Andre whistled. He loved the way the tight fabric of the cream-flowered pants hugged her ass and perfectly outlined her firm, round cheeks. Even though he’d been having her for years now, her sexily protruded derrière was always a big deal for him. She often wore yoga pants, leggings or pencil skirts, as the sight of her sexy, round ass, wrapped tightly in those fabrics was always a sight for Andrea to see. He loved to see her butt squish pleasingly whenever she was on heels, greedily watching her walk as her ass danced playfully with each step. Tonight, she was putting on a loose-fitting T-shirt that was barely at her butt cheeks, giving him a very tantalizing look at her sexy butt cheeks. Judging by the growing bulge in his crotch, she knew he was enjoying the show. She allowed herself to enjoy this win. Andrea Fabrizio, his older boyfriend, was a man as unpredictable as the stock exchange. Such tender moments with him were rare. She smiled lustfully and rolled her eyes, as she gradually raised the T-shirt. With the mischievous glint in her eye, she teased him with her tongue, while rolling her waist sensuously like a belly dancer. This particularly drove him wild. He quickly closed the gap between them, grunting like an animal. Andrea groped Julie’s breast and pinched her n*****s, before grabbing her ass cheeks with one hand while the other one snaked towards her t**t. He ran his finger along her c**t, making her gasp and shake softly. Seeing this, he rubbed up and down between Julie’s damp folds, smirking as he felt Julie’s wetness increase. The gleam in her lusty eyes was quite obvious. Moments later, they rutted and drank into the early morning. Signore Fabrizio, the ruthless mafia boss, was $14million dollars richer, he could spare a night like this with his competent girlfriend. Later in the early hours of that morning, Julie sat before a laptop with her tablet rested beside her. She had spent most of the night going through the documents she was to present to the billionaire priest. On the board beside her, was the work she’d done for six months on Kieran Dale: photographs, newspaper clippings on Dale companies, corporate filings, church newsletters, and a recent report on the priest’s new foundation in Queens. This was the relentless work she put in to remain Fabrizio’s best field agent and be well-versed in talking with all kinds of people. That added to the struggles of fitting into different personalities and pretending to be in love with different men. The bed at the far corner lay empty. Andrea Fabrizio was gone. He was somewhere ensuring that people knew who had real power. He never slipped in his world of scams, guns, control and influence. He was unpredictable and ruled the night. Kieran’s POV. Fr. Kieran sat on a fortune. He was the unknown sole heir of the Dale Dynasty. Four weeks ago, the family estate attorney had made him the custodian of the Dale trust fund, a trust fund that included a portfolio of the biggest properties in Manhattan, and controlling stake in five banks, ten high-tech companies and three logistics firms. Nevertheless, he was quite humble, unlike most billionaires who were used to getting what they wanted. He was taking his morning walks to a spot in Central Park where he meditated every morning when a man approached him. “Good morning, Kieran,” the man greeted. “Good morning. Do I know you?” “No, you don’t. I am detective Michael Farley.” “Detective Farley. Is anything wrong?” “Oh no, not yet. But you will be, if you fail to hear me out.” “How long? I need to do my morning meditation.” “15 minutes should be okay." Kieran waved to his favorite seat in the park and they both sat down. “You see Kieran, you are the target of a fraud syndicate that we have been trying to nab for years now.” “For the past three months, they have been monitoring you and two days ago, during the celebration of the 178th anniversary of your parish, you were watched by this group.” The detective provided a detailed dossier that included pictures of Andrea Fabrizio. “This syndicate is led by this man, Andrea Fabrizio. He is highly dangerous. For years, we’ve been unable to nab him. It appears that we have some bad eggs among us who are benefiting from his scheme. That has sabotaged our efforts to stop the group.” “Andrea has numerous proteges that include his girlfriend…” Michael continued, moving on to pictures of Julie Brown, Danielle Burrows, numerous victims, and documents that included figures of amounts swindled over the years and their different aliases. …” Seeing the picture of Julie Brown, Kieran quickly recognized her. “This lady approached me for a confession yesterday eveni…” “That was part of a well-planned scheme that has been in motion from the moment your family estate attorney reached out to you over your family wealth.” “Holy Jesus,” Kieran breathed in shock. “Although most people hardly know you as the sole heir to the Dale Trust fund, these people have insiders that give them detailed information on wealthy people across the world.” Looking at him, Detective Farley continued, “They have their method of milking the rich using methods like blackmail, kidnap, murder.” “Like I said earlier, you are not yet in any danger, but I need you to be aware. The woman you met yesterday is Julie Brown or, rather, Olivia Mullins…” “Olivia Mullins?” Kieran asked, piqued at the mention of that name. “I know someone who had that name some years ago.” “About four people bear that name. But from the profiling we did on the hair particle she mistakenly dropped at a place she operated on weeks back, we discovered that she is the missing Olivia Mullins who got kidn*pped twelve years ago in 40th Avenue, Queensbridge.” The news shocked Kieran to the bone. “Are you sure about what you’re saying, detective?” He asked attentively. “Yes, I am. Did you know this Olivia? You seem so interested? “Oh yeah, we lived beside each other when we were kids,” Kieran said, trying to contain his excitement. The priest recalled how they grew up together, went to the same school and were always together. Kieran provided her favorite candies while Olivia defended him. They learned together and effortlessly enjoyed each other’s company. They got jealous when any of them made new friends and always needed their parents to settle them on such occasions. “What a small world,” Michael replied, wondering if Julie, or rather, Olivia planned to use that emotional connection on the priest. “So, what do you suggest?” Kieran asked nervously. “We are actually meeting by 1:15pm.” “I know. Their plan is to gain fiduciary access and control portions of the Dale trust structure through a charity plan that they plan to present to you.” The detective watched his face for a moment before he continued, “Just play along and meet her, we need to have concrete evidence before we can arrest her.” “Okay.” Kieran replied, still not himself. “And Priest? Try to behave as if you don’t know anything. Our man on the inside risked his life to notify us that you were the next target. Don’t let it be a waste. Kieran nodded in response, however, deep down, he was disturbed. He was scared but at the same time, he was now looking forward to meeting her again. What detective Michael didn’t know was that Olivia Mullins was his childhood crush whose k********g pushed him into the seminary. Even after the detective had departed, Kieran was lost in thoughts. He recalled the memory of when 3 boys were roughing up him after school and Olivia descended on one of the boys while the other two fled. They landed in the principal’s office where Olivia still defended him proudly. Tears started forming in his eyes and he quickly looked away. Kieran never healed from Olivia’s kidnap; it was a wound that was hidden over time. Though he met several girls after her disappearance, he never recovered and decided to end up at the Seminary, leaving everyone and everything behind. There was so much to talk about. He thought. Where did she go? Why was she now doing what she does? Was she unloved and abandoned to push her into choosing the life she lives now? The bond has not gone away. In fact, it just got stronger. Fr. Kieran was more worried about one truth — the fact that he could let Olivia her way if she asked for all his wealth.
