Liam Pov:
I made my way to her apartment and took out the spare key only to find it empty. I went to her room and she was not there so I waited for her a long time and it was midnight I didn’t find her anywhere I tried calling her but it directly went into voicemail. I texted her many times but no use. So at last I thought she might be in one place and drove straight there. I knocked on the door and waited for it to open revealing Alex.
“What are you doing here, and why are you doing it now?” He was surprised when I asked because we don't get along.
“Does Mia happen to be in here?” I'm well aware that Mia is alone. But for my mansion and office, she never pays anyone a visit. Alex is like a brother to her, and she talks to him on occasion.
“Can you tell me what you're talking about?”
