IVY : THE GIRL OF MISFORTUNE

Chapter 2

Jay and Ivy reach the store which Jay owns. In the front of the store there is a car and 3 people are waiting for them. Ivy looked at them and ran towards them. Her hand slipped out of Jay's hand.

"WILL" Ivy runs to one guy and hugs him tightly. "You are finally here". Will hugged her back. "We should leave now", Will's friend Kai suggested, leaving soon. "Yes, we need to reach the city by tomorrow". Ivy's friend Lea patted Ivy's back.

Everyone got inside the car expecting Ivy. "Jay" hugged him. "Are you really gonna be alright ?" "You know my father's anger." Jay broke up and cupped Ivy's face. He smiles and says, "Ivy, I can take his anger. I just want you to be happy. So please be happy."

Ivy nods and gets inside the car. She looked out of window and held Jay's hand. "I will call you after we register for marriage, okay." Jay silently nodded to her. The car moved and started to go further away from Jay.

Jay held his chest and squeezed his clothes. 'It hurts'. Tears flowed down his cheeks as that car went off. He covered his face with his palm and whimpers. 'I shouldn't have loved you'.

Jay sat in front of his store and cried to his heart's content. His love, sadness and the regret he buried in his deep heart, now pouring out as his tears.

At the same time, in that small town, there was a big commotion that started. Jay stood up wiping his tears and started to walk towards Ivy's house.

He doesn't know what's going to happen to him now. But he has already decided to take everything as long as Ivy is happy.
