Sophia felt a chill run down her spine. "What is it, Lex?"

Lex took a deep breath. "Hans was responsible for my father’s death. He orchestrated the deal that went wrong, pushing my father to take his own life. I’ve been trying to bring him down ever since. That’s why I’ve been so ruthless. I can’t let him win."
