Day 5: Ticket to the Moon
“Jeff!”
Someone was shaking me.
“Jeff!”
As I opened my eyes, I was immediately reminded about the significance of today. J0 was pretty excited about something.
“Huh? What?”
“It happened!”
“What? What happened? What time is it?”
J0 glanced at the alarm clock for a moment.
“About 9:30,” she answered. “I dreamt my first dream about me!”
I grabbed the alarm clock and saw that it was 9:29, to be exact. I let myself become so distracted by the haunting string of those numbers that I didn’t even grasp the importance of what J0 was trying to tell me.
