Lucy looked at the box in Jenny’s hand and said, “I don’t need to look in the box to determine if it belongs to me or not. It does not. I did not steal it though. Somebody here has set me up and has gone to great lengths to diminish my credibility.”
Jenny opened the Le Mer, showed it around, and said, “If this is not Lucy’s then, surely it is Ms. Miller’s. If she did not steal it though, then it is up to her to explain how it got into her drawer!”
