Leon woke up with a smile on his face. He sniffed and inhaled the wonderful smell coming from Helena's soft skin. He opened his eyes and his arms were wrapped around his mate's waist and his nose was on her nape.
"Mmm… You smell so good…" Leon whispered to Helena, who was still sleeping.
He wrapped his arms around Helena's waist tighter and snuggled closer. He sniffed again and realized that his mate's scent had been sweeter and more succulent to him for the past few days.
He gently removed his arms around Helena and supported himself up on one of his elbows.
He brushed her hair away from her face and leaned down to kiss her cheek. She groaned and turned towards his side. Leon chuckled quietly when his mate wrapped her arm around his neck and pulled him closer.
