Ronin sat up from his bed and did a few stretches of his arms and neck. He yawned and stood up, walking straight into his bathroom. As soon as he opened the door, he was surprised to see Amara this early lying in his bathtub, her eyes closed.
He smiled at what he was looking at. Amara hadn’t moved in with him, but every day she goes to his apartment and they just enjoy every single moment they have together. Ronin knows that Amara has some problems with her daughter, who happens to be his friend’s mate. But he respected that Amara didn’t want to talk about it. He didn’t ask either; all he did for her was to comfort her. She cried during the first few days she came to him and all he did was to comfort and hug her until she fell asleep.
