LILY
I was walking along the dark paths; I didn’t know where I was going, I was just walking without any direction in my mind when I suddenly heard someone’s voice. The voice was of a female, it was soft and serene. The voice was asking me to wake up, to come back to reality. After a moment, I saw a ray of light coming from a little far away. I walked towards the direction of the light, there was a rope on the ground. I held the rope and started walking. It felt like the rope was leading the path and I don’t know when, but suddenly my eyes were blinded by bright light and when I opened my eyes, I found myself in a room. I looked around and realised I was in my room.
The same old beige coloured wall, large linen curtains. I looked around and no one was there in the room. I slowly got up
